Anjilee Dodge is a passionate advocate committed to innovation for systemic change. She has spent her career researching, designing and presenting equity and inclusion curriculum in diverse settings with a focus on empowerment of those marginalized by race, sex, and class. Graduating with her Masters in Social Work from the University of Washington she focused her studies on the sexual exploitation of BIPOC women and girls. Anjilee spent 9 years working alongside unhoused and sexually exploited individuals, managing programs, and developing educational experiences for program participants, staff, and the community. Anjilee currently consults on program models which address inequality and offer strategies for trauma informed systems of care which center those with the most marginalization.
